The category was crowded with either clinical health messaging or outdated rustic narratives, limiting differentiation. The key challenge was presenting traditional millet wisdom in a way that felt modern, effortless, and relevant to urban lifestyles.

Marketing strategy

BigBang helped Abiyam stand out by defining a clear brand strategy that positioned it as an everyday breakfast brand rooted in care, not just health. This strategy was translated into consistent marketing collaterals, including grocery store rack design, posters, and danglers that conveyed warmth, familiarity, and trust at the point of sale. Instead of loud health claims, the visuals focused on flow, rhythm, and cultural comfort, making the brand instantly approachable.
