Responsible for working alongside Reporting/ Immediate Manager and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties and collaborating with various teams to increase company’s efficiency and profitability. Create visual concepts by hand or by using digital tools. Communicate ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers through both physical and virtual art forms that include images, words, or graphics with a skill set of visual thinking, problem solving and effective communication.


1. Develop and execute successful SEO and SMM strategies
2. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
3. Conduct keyword research using various tools to guide content creators.
4. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
5. Coordinating content, design, social media, PPC, PPM marketing and optimize the activity.
6. Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning,
content ideation, and implementation schedules.
7. Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy.
8. Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in content or areas of improvement in our
client’s website.
9. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on status meeting
10. Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on
11. Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement.
12. Report on performance metrics comparing them to our Digital Marketing goals and
benchmarking data.
13. Optimize Social Media pages
14. Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority.
15. Follow digital marketing check list provided by BigBang and stay up to date in integrated
marketing trends with new tools and practices


Technical Skills
1. Knowledge of standard and current SEO and SMM techniques, tools and practices.
2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
3. Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO reporting, Email campaigns and Paid advertising.
4. Familiarity with keyword research and management tools.
5. Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.
6. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics
tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends and so on).
7. Strong Presentation Skills
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
9. Up to date with knowledge and skills of technology relating to the services offered.
10. Attention to details with a high degree of accuracy.

Minimum Qualification

BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field experience will
be preferred


Certification in Graphic Tool would be preferable


2 years’ Work experience as an SEO and SMM Analyst or
similar digital marketing role
